Credit Terms
Commerce Express requires all invoices be paid within 15
days of receipt. All shippers must have prior approval
before shipping.
Liability
All shipments tendered to Commerce Express are covered
against loss and/or damage under the rail carriers AND
contract carriers liability terms as specified in their
contracts.
