Will the EPA Roll Back More Emissions Rules?

Last week, the Environmental Protection Agency announced their plans to repeal the 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding and Greenhouse Gas Vehicle Standards.

If overturned, the EPA would lose its authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles. As part of the proposal, the agency is also looking to eliminate existing emissions standards for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles. A public comment period is now open for those who wish to weigh in.
